HCL is a good company to work with. Its transforming itself and lots of policies are being updated. Like other companies, the work culture is different from place to place and project to project. So its a common practice and we cann’t comment on that. Salary hikes are good for those who work hard and show their capabilities and confidence to their manager.
You will change the company but boss word will be same always. So people should think about it before thinking change their jobs....people gets good salary hikes in HCL and I believe that job security is good in HCL if you are providing the output as expected.
Never had any bad experince here. Processes are well defined here and you will get quick response with in the company like IT services..EHS people...
