I have worked with multiple companies but I would say that HCL is probably one of the most open company that will provide a platform to its employees to grow at their own pace. I see some very negative and hate comments here but probably that is a sign of failure for few individuals. Lets get it, not everyone will succeed in the first shot. Issues is with young generation who wants instant success and lacks perseverance. Probably 90% people want a guided tour to growth in the company. Join Infosys or IBM if you want someone to hold your finger and walk with you.
