For any company there will be some positives and negatives for this company there is nothing positive
No hikes
No Promotions
If you are technically strong it doesn’t matter what matters is polishing managers
Hikes and promotions are given on the basis of polishing not on your talent.
Companies like Wipro, Infy or TCS will be having some policies but for this companies there are policies which they never follow.
