Can anyone at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai - Regional Senior Management from HDFC truly spares time to connect back with me.
From March 2016 a very small case is going on which is not been solved, I really dont know the issues on same.
Whenever I call up the relationship manager -has no time to respond back to the calls or mails
The Branch Head is marked in cc, he equally has no curtosy to pick up the call & sort this out.
Are people really serious about their job & responsibility, the most important part is about the ethical practice & moral responsibility.

For any simple requirement it takes 1 to 2 months of our followup, various continous calls, sms, mails but honestly I am ashamed to notice the deafness of the people in position.
I am helpless to register the compliant in Banking Ombusdman on this part .
