I am writing this after having a worst experience from HDFC home loan dept. Mumbai. Details about the fraud by home loan agent from HDFC Bank.

1. home loan Agent asked me to fill in the application form and give the details on the property which I seek loan, I have filled in the form and the property address and asked him to verify if I can avail the loan for the same which he agreed and told me that I can take loan on the mentioned property.(Date: 18- January- 2010)

   
   




2. On 22nd January he asked me to get the Builder’s NOC letter and proceed with the stamp duty and registration.

   
   




3. After paying stamp duty and registration amount he asked me to get the approved plan blue print for the loan and promised me to disburse the loan in 2 days.

   
   




4. I paid the entire amount pertaining to part payment, stamp duty and registration as mentioned by him also made it clear that property does not have Occupation Certificate by builder for which he told that commencement certificate and completion certificate of the property will do.

   
   




5. On 10th of February he asked me that he wanted to talk with builder and if we can go to builder, he did not came on the said date and time instead he sent Mr. Sakha who he told is his colleague along with me to builder to inquire about OC.

   
   




6. After the discussion with builder, Agent asked me to come to HDFC sales home loan borivli branch on Monday 12 th February, 2010 for submitting the documents.

   
   




7. He did not appear for submission of the documents neither he is picking up the phone till date.

   
   




8. HDFC bank denied me the loan which they could have done at the early stage if these things were made clear right from the beginning. I lost 25 days in this rubbish process.

   
   




9. The agent till date did not appeared nor have contacted me any time though his managers have called me to understand the issue and on asking him the written reasons for the denial of loan he got disappeared too.

   
   




10. I am still in conversation with HDFC home loan office on giving the reason on why tey can not give me home lona in writing to take up the case to RBI.

    
    




11. After complaining in writing to the Head HDFC sales home lona department there are no actions taken and no apology received on their behalf.

    
    




12. due to this I have to suffer loss of lakhs of rupees as deal did not happen.

    
    

I request all the readers not fall in HDFC bank’s home loan trap.There are other lot of banks who will give you better service and better experience.
