I am a regular customer of HDFC Bank, From last 3 or 4 time I gone to use Udyog Vihar Phase - 5 Branch, I got the worst service in this branch, they are behaving like they are working in a government bank, they don’t have the manner to talk with customers.
They are behaving rudely with every customers and they don’t even cooperate with customers, I just feel that this is not hdfc bank it was like a fish market, the worst service I had ever experienced with this branch, never want to work. Every Staff of the branch specially cashiers and branch manager, these persons who are ruining company reputation, never expected this type of service.
