I think the title says it all.
I made a BIG mistake by opting for a car loan from HDFC bank and then had to pay the price for it. The loan was supposed to be sanctioned within 24 hrs and it approximately took 24 days. Neither the agent who contacted me for the loan was available nor the bank officials were either interested.
I have an savings account with hdfc as well and have decided to close the same due to the rude behaviour of the bank ppl when using their services.!
I had applied for a cheque book and was undelivered and the reason give was’no consignee according to the reception’. When I contacted the reception tht no courier ever came in my name. This really concerns me!
So my suggestion would be to learn from my mistake and not to deal with HDFC and look for an alternative bank.BUT NOT HDFC:)
