This is a horrible experience that I faced from HDFC. They are rated as the most ethical for the reasons unkown, but untill you deal with them you will not know what they are.
I applied for home loan wherein the sales person from HDFC came to me and said that he will offer at an interest rate of 10.00% even though the prevailng rate of interest rate is 10.25% . Beliving that I gave the processing along with the documents.
I got the loan approval wherein the rate of inetrest was given as 10.25%, when approched the management they said they apologise for this, but the rate of inetrest would remain at 10.25%
So their apology will not serve anything to me. Because of the Fraud they made it’s utimatley the customer is made to suffer
Never belive these people, they are not ethical as what are called
