The worst banking experience I ever had.
(1) I am not getting any of my queries Faizabad by customer care service. For each and every thing they will ask to visit home branch.
(2) I visited so many near-by branches to my home.even they asked to visit home branch only which very far away as if now to travel.
(3) They have taken Rs. 4230 from my account without any prior information.and when I tried contacting them in home branch they said it’s a fine charge.
(4) Now again they are asking me to aishwaryasingh23 Rs.3780 Just to close the account.
Please avoid Banking with them and Never go ahead with HDFC and never Let your friends or family members to do Banking with them if possible.
I Further Request you to help me Regarding the same.
