Using the online services of HDFC bank are all chargeable. They are charging rs 5.96 on every IMPS transaction. Where other private banks like City Bank is providing this service free. If I go for the NEFT transaction, it is open for morning 9 to evening 6. If I need to transfer money after 6 pm, I have to use the IMPS and need to pay the charges.
I don’t understand why they are charging for IMPS transaction when others are providing this service without charges?
