Worst phone banking service HDFC BANK

Trying to get into touch with HDFC customer care executive after 2100hr on 61606161 but nobody is picking up the calls. Either I am trying on wrong time or they slept little early, God knows.. it’s s very to find out to dial 9 to reach to customer care executive. Today I was on hold for more than 34 minutes, but getting the same message all the executive are busy attending other customer. After waiting for more than 34 minutes I thought what is the fun keeping account with so useless bank where customers are having so much of complaints, that my call was on hold for last 34 min and still how much more time they require know body is able to tell me?
