HDFC offered me a credit card and its HDFC Moneyback Visa Credit card. Its lifetime free and credit limit is 94k.
I am getting reward points and cash back offers on this card but I am yet to convert those reward points into cash. HDFC bank has been perfect in the credit card services. I haven’t had any disappointment, issues or hassle till date. I get regular emails and the customer support is also helpful.
The statements are sent to me on time and the credit limit bank offered me is also satisfactory and they will upgrade the limit based on the usage and tenure. I am given a convenient billing cycle too.
I used to get 3x, 2x cash back on online shopping which is now 5% normally but increase while online shopping. Fuel service charges also get cancelled when you fill fuel within the range of 400Rs-5000Rs.
Overall a good experience till now.
