I really appreciate how unorganized work you people do. I have put a request for issuing a cheque book on last week of July & got dispatched details on 1st of August regarding courier AWB no. n all.
I was happy for their update; till today my cheque is not delivered, when I checked with courier company(so called Procure Logistics), I don’t who owns this third class company who does not the basics of logistics. I called personally & checked with them one lady called meena confirmed me yes we have picked the packet from HDFC on 1st august but we couldn’t deliver you, same will be delivered tomorrow i.e. 3rd August.
Even I dropped an email to them but till date no response. The point is if HDFC cant even manage their vendor to customer service how they can even ensure good services to their end customers.I have called logistic vendor 4-5 times but every time the same response " deliver karwa denge na sir"
