Today I went with my wife at HDFC Bank to add her name to my account. I met Miss Deepali and requested her to do the process of join account. My wife also informed her that we had submitted documents to Dombivali branch but process not yet done, without checking any thing she said you need to go to Dombivali branch and check it for the same. Then me and my pragnent wife went to Dombivali branch and we requested to check whether my wife name is added or not. Unfortunately they also didnt have any idea for same also they dont have any information about the process. After 2 hrs they replied that ur request has been reject but they dont know the reason for rejection. Now they have requested that Pls provide new document so that they can do new process again which will take more 4 working days. As I am staying near to Nilje I request them Pls do new process at Nilje branch. After long discussion with Nilje branch they had approved to do process in Nilje Branch and request me to submit my all documents to Nilje Branch. Again from dombivali I came back to HDFC Nilje Branch. Again met with Miss Deepali and requested to take the document and do the process instead of doing the process Deepali was very rude us and without knowing anything she was asking why u r submitting the documents in every branch. It was near about 4 hrs completed. Me and my was still struggling to complete the process. At the end I have to make complain against the Rude behavior of the staff. Just think my wife is pregnant and she was struggling from last 4 hrs without having food Just to submit the documents which takes hardly 15mins. After speaking to manager Deepali agry to do the process which took another 30mins at the end one of the staff said due system error we cannot do the process it will take some more time. As my wife didnt had anything from past 4.5hrs We have to leave the branch without completing the process. Just think what kind of customer service HDFC bank is proving.
Really pathetic service.
