One of my friend has taken a personal loan from HDFC bank. As we all know, they have very high-interest rates. But they are charging an extra amount every month in addition to their normal interest. They have some hidden charges. It is only during repayment, you will find out many hidden charges that were not mentioned to you at the time of granting the loan. They don’t even think about customer’s financial situation, They just want money. They are robbing your hard-earned money.
They have the worst customer care service and their management system for customers is very poor. They don’t have any professionalism. My friend said that she has experienced very arrogant behaviour from some staff members. They are not bothered to improve even if you point out their mistakes very politely. They simply justify them and don’t care about your queries.
So guys, please don’t go with this bank.
