Shivani Patel, Ankit Patel and the front desk guy of HDFC Bank Ghod dod Rd Branch Surat, GJ doesnt know how to deal with basic stuff like why NetBanking isnt working but then treat their customers worse than a government Bank. Shivani Patel is not even present most of the time in the bank. She is always running errands and getting paid to do work outside bank and Ankit Patel is running his other business during banking hours and doesnt care about the customer sitting infront of him. He doesnt know why NetBanking was not working and just made me reset password and after that looks at me asking now what, why are you still here? What else you want? We already tried and it didnt work and asked me to call Shivani Patel. Are you serious Mr. Ankit Patel? Just because Shivani takes care of NRE account doesnt mean you cant even help with basic things like net banking and if you cant you need to call whoever Shivani or manager or others to help not ask customer to keep making calls. When I asked him if my account is locked first he said no and when he couldnt figure out the issue because he never even tried, he suggested I had locked the account probably by trying to login multiple times. I didnt login multiple times. The net banking was registered last week by an employee. After it didnt work Shivani Patel tried resetting and it didnt work. They asked me to try after a day or two and I tried logging in after a week and it didnt work and then I came directly to bank again and now this guy Ankit Patel while running his side business has guts to lie to my face blaming me saying account was locked when he checked 5 mins ago and said its not locked
