The service provided by this bank is very bad.i had to report about my lost atm debit card but they took almost two and a half hour to take my complaint and issue a new card.the staff also does not have well with their customers they should improve there service.
Also I gave a request for my cheque book and now I am getting a message that I cant get the cheque book at my home I have to go to the branch again to collect it:(
The phone banking facilities also takes a long time
