I have a very bad experience in HDFC from last 4 month, I I willing to open an account, than the Customer Exsucutive come to me and Promises to give a lot and there is no problem at al to opening the Saving account in HDFC, But when I ask about the At par cheque they simply refuse but some they are giving and some not why? For Credit Card" Don’t ask it is horrible, First They told me that you havn’t got the offer yet and suddenly I got a call form HDFC that I have got a life time free Credit Card Offer and when WE can send our Exsucutive. After giving My time They come to me and collected the related document and disappeared. After 20 days I call to the Customer care and got the information that My data has not been updated in the system and they told me you have to wait for another week. Now it is more than One month I I didn’t got any valuable information from the bank and to whom I am calling for quarries, they are not so helpful to me in this regards. So If such type of Bank will be there Who will tell that They are Best and Give you the service the Waste then choice is yours - you want the Actual Best and real Waste.
