Worst service

The service which is provided by HDFC Bank excutive name Prajit Thaware from chembur& ulhasnagar branch.


I had applied for two wheeler loan on 14th December, 2015. and approved on 22nd December, 2015 and Two Wheeler Bharat Loan A/c 37123888 and he asked me to pay the downpayment to get the insurance and invoice from dealer, as it was month end so I did that on 31/12/2015 when I got my salary.


SINCE 31/12/2015 I AM TRYING TO CONTACT TO PRAJIT AND HIS MOBILE IS SWITCH OFF TILL 7/1/2015 AND INBETWEEN WHEN I CONTACTED HIS CHEMBUR BRANCH 2-3 TIMES AT 022 2528 6830, AS PER THEM PRAJIT IS ON LEAVE AND HE CAN ONLY PROCESS THE LOAN AFTER HE COME BACK THEY CANNOT ASSIGN THE PENDING WORK TO OTHER EXECUTIVE AND AS I HAD CALLED 2-3 TIMES SARITA FINALLY HANDOVER THAT TO IMRAN AND PROVIDED ME THE MOBILE NUMBER WHICH IS SWITCH OFF AND ALSO UNABLE TO CONTACT HIM.


FINALLY WHEN I CALLED YESTREDAY TO BRANCK PRAJIT SIR WAS BACK FROM LEAVE AND HE SAID HE WILL COME TO MY PLACE TO COLLECT THE CHEQUES FOR CLOSING ON 7/1/2016 BY 5:00PM, BUT HE DIDN’T CAME AND WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TO BRANCH HE SAID HE IS NOT COMING AND SAID HE WILL COME IN NEXT DAY MORNING I.E. ON 8/1/2016 BY 7:00AM BUT AS USUAL HIS MOBILE IS SWITCH OFF AND NOT CAME YET NOR GIVEN ANY UPDATE.


AFTER SUCH A WORST EXPERIENCE FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE I HAVE FEW QUESTIONS FROM YOU KINDLY ANSWER THAT AS THESE QUESTIONS ARE ON YOUR LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEES


1)IS HDFC REALLY INTERESTED TO PROVIDE LOAN OR NOT?


2)IS CUSTOMER IS BEGGER TAKING FOLLOWUP ABOUT LOAN BY CALLING FROM LAST 8 DAYS AND NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE?


3)DO HDFC PROVIDE TRAINING OR TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST SUCH EXECUTIVES?


4) IS THIS IS NOT PRAJIT RESPONSIBILITY TO HANDOVER THE PENDING CASE TO OTHER EXECUTIVE BEFORE GOING FOR LEAVE OR ATLEAST INFORM THE CUSTOMER?


5)  EVEN AFTER COMING BACK FROM LEAVE AND ACCEPTING THE MISTAKE STILL NOT TAKING ANY FOLLOWUP FROM ME I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN& AGAIN I DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER WORK?


6) WHY SHOULD I CONTINUE MY SALARY A/C, RD, CREDIT CARD& OTHER SERVICES WITH HDFC?


AFTER SUCH WORST EXPERIENCE I WON’T BE CONTINUE ANY THING WITH HDFC AND ALSO NOT WANT YOUR TWO WHEELER LOAN THERE ARE LOTS OF BANK CAN PROVIDE ME THAT WITH A GOOD CUSTOMER VALUE.


GOVERNMENT BANKS HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN HDFC.
