I am a member of HDFC bank since 2007. My experience with the bank was pleasant.
I found that the bank is with me during all the times, day and night, I have enjoyed 24 hours of banking through HDFC bank either through their ATM’s or sometimes through net banking.Every thing is very clean and clear in HDFC banking.Phone Banking has helped me to know my balance, to manage my passwords or to solve any other difficulty that I have experienced during banking>the customer service people are very polite and capable of solving any type of problems.The ATM’s of HDFC bank are available almost at all major locations and efforts are taken by bank to keep them clean and tidy.I can avail internet banking almost at any time during the year and even if there is any maintenance scheduled I am given an intimation about it long before.
I would suggest banking with HDFC bank to anyone who wish to see and enjoy world class service.
