I hv fd od account in hdfc since 5 years. In routine I dont take visit my bank at Ahmedabad main branch at Navrangpura, bcoz of currency ban, I visit my bank with guide of my Rm, but when I reach my bank my Rm does not know about any rule to deposit money, I told him you need to check before confirming me, still he argued with me and told me its my fault, I m not talking id, permission latter and compney latter with me, I can’t understand who can tacking this kind of things without intimate, I make complaint about this, but bank cant get any action on my RM, right now I cant get any priority service.
