Really pathetic and cheap collection gimmicks applied by HDFC bank. Some collection agent(Rajiv) has been calling me and my colleagues for the last one week asking us to connect him with another colleague who has some loan amt due.
When asked to contact the said person directly, the collection agent starts using foul language and just goes on rambling. The calls come any time in the day or evening and are such a nuisance. what wrong has the general public done! Is it our fault that we work in the same org . Sort out the matter with the person directly. why involve others into it. Why should they face the b%^s^T. Why shuld others suffer for your collection targets!
This is really disgusting and downright sad . I have had HDFC account for years, but after this experience, the image of the organization has dropped to the extent that I no longer want to continue with them. I am not ready to face such an ordeal for no fault of mine . if these calls do not stop I will raise this issue to where ever I can .
