My transaction of a payment got cancelled. I haven’t received the money bank even after lodged a complaint following 3 calls to them. They told money will be credited in 48 hours, but it is 3 weeks now. When I called they picked up the phone and ask me to hold on and I waited for an indefinite time. Now answer from the other end. It is the worst experience I have ever got compared to other bank.
