I had a very bad experience with HDFC Bank. Their customer support is extremely poor, and they keep charging unnecessary fees without clear communication. Even after multiple visits to the branch, my issue wasn’t solved. The phone and internet banking are unreliable, and the staff acts rude and careless. It used to be a good bank, but now it’s just disappointing.
