Worst customer service and loan processing :HDFC

I have applied for personal loan in the last week of Nov 2011. It’s been almost 2 months now my loan is still in process. Every week they asked me for some more documents. I submitted whatever they asked the same day.


I want to quote some incident:


On 22nd Dec 2011 they asked me to submit the blank cheques and latest payslip and said that all my verification are done and as soon as I submit the docs my loan will be approved in 48 Hrs. I confirmed them so many times that, everything is done or something/verification still pending, they replied no it’s done.


Then I went out of station expecting loan will get process. When I was out of station I got a call from HDFC that sir your office land line number is not reachable, then I replied them that during Christmas my office is shut down for a week.


They said okie sir when office will get open we will do phone verification. I kept patience (since I asked them so many times, is any thing left).


When I came back to ofc on 3 Jan(Tue) I requested them to do verification, they did on Thursday and said sir your loan will get process soon. Again I kept patience. Now after 1 week they said sir we need your


bank statement blah blah.


And still my loan application is in process. I want to know, If HDFC can’t disburse loan then why they don’t accept it. Why they are not returning my docs, I wasted my 2 months, and lost the purpose for loan also.


I am very much fed up from the HDFC personals, they daily promise me and then they break trust. This is just few incidents I quoted here. My reference number: 20381771.
