Friends please refrain from opening an account with HDFC bank. Don’t take their credit card as well.
1) In salary account, third party cannot deposit cash !! why ??? This is ridiculous. What is the problem in depositing cash?
2) Cash depositing fees for credit card is 150 rs. !! So much !! Why there should be cash depositing fees? if so then it’s very high.
3) On Saturdays, the staff is free to wear casuals, so they take most advantage of it by making bank a fashion house.
4) The staff doesn’t help customers instead look for ways to return customers by various excuses like signature not matching, writing not good, blah blah blah.
