I opened a second privilege saving account with the same branch where AMB was 25, 000 rs. 2012. Later the balance dropped from 25 k, where in the other non privilege account, (AMD 10, 000) had more than this throughout.
HDFC kept deducting fine from my "so called privilege account" for 2 years without even once calling me. I started receiving sms regarding the deduction of fine only last month.They have gladly eaten away my 8, 500 rs.!
I need to know what privileges did I receive!.not even a phone call when my AMB came down.They were suppose to assign me a relationship manager.which they did.but new RMs kept coming who could not keep track of transfer of customer info from one to another.
Anyone .any suggestion how to get my money back. I have already written to Bank Manager. no response .
