Phone banking services is too bad you cant connect yourself to a Phone banking customer care representative.
Bullshit! shame on you HDFC, you should improve your Phone banking customer care.
I have trying to replace my damaged card but with no success, I know It can be done by Internet banking but before requesting that I want to talk some customer service representative.
And It been almost 2 months what you can expect. I have also visited the nearest HDFC bank branch, and I was told by them to request ne card from your net banking.
