My experience with Centurion Noida is exactly opposite that of Mr Chakravorty. The staff is friendly and polite. The service is superb. I have been banking with them for about 10 years now and no problem absolutely!
Let me also state that I have been visiting CBL’s branches in Connaught Place, New Delhi as well a few in Mumbai. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Noida branch is exceptionally good but I found that the others were pretty efficient too.
I used to be an NRI customer with a fairly heavy bank balance. Today, I am small time but the bank’s attitude towards me has not changed at all. I have got to know 3 successive Branch Managers and each one has been better than the other. On one occassion, they refused me a letter of undertaking on a loan on purely technical grounds. I understood their position and there was no ill feeling at all among us. Most of the staff and I know each other by name and address each other as such
May I suggest that Centurion Bank tranfer all their ill mannered Managers to the Noida Branch(One at a time ofcourse !) to learn how to be nice and decent to customers. Let them begin with Mr Rao in the first instance.
