Worst of them all

I have following problems with this bank:

  1. Registered for email statements. But never get them delivered to my email address.

  2. Poor Phonebanking. Keep you on hold for long periods, spanning 10-15 minutes.

  3. Inconsistent security: They show a security image on netbanking login page, which does not appear many times, keeping you wondering whether your login is secure or not.

  4. Recently made it mandatory to register for third party transfers to use netbanking for online shopping. I submitted the form along with my ID proof 10 days back, but still it hasn’t been activated. Get varying answers everytime I call their phonebanking number.

  5. They do not have upto date information about their branches on their website. I called at the number displayed for my local branch and got the message "number does not exist".

  6. The Mastercard ATM cum Debit cards provided by HDFC bank are not accepted by CCAVENUE which is the preferred payment gateway of more than 50% of the online shopping websites.

Not satisifed with their services at all!
