HDFC worst customer service / Worst Banking ever

I went for the HDFC credit card, but what commitment they said is different but what I received is different, moreover they charged annual fee of some amount for which I not yet received the bill or Pin. When I asked for the customer assistance they are not able to assist because of wrong billing address from their side. I really don’t know what service and security they are giving for the customers.


Since they have some monthly target they are giving credit cards but document purification is very poor.The procedure what they are telling for the billing address also is so irritating, when I provide complete details also they are not ready to help me on this.This is the conversation number what they said they are going to escalate but all are eyewash answers.


First of all I dint received the on that they are expecting to pay the bill, after paying the bill also they are telling they dint received the amount but I have to payment transaction number.I paid 1 year membership fee, but withing one month only they deactivated the card.


My suggestion not to go for the  HDFC banking service.
