I had my bank account in HDFC Bank once. Now I have closed it because it was very irritating to work with HDFC bank. I used to deposit money regularly in my bank account. First thing is they never start their work on time. They are always late for their work. Customers have to wait for the staff to complete their work. The staff courtesy is very bad. They don’t reply to customers properly and never try to help. There are so many ATM machines in the city but if you found money in the machine than it is your luck. The phone banking and internet banking services are very bad. Some times the sms doesn’t comes when you deposit your money in your account. That keeps you in tension if the money are deposited or not. The app of internet banking doesn’t work properly. You will be tired of using the internet banking services. I was tired of too.
So I recommend any better Bank which has good staff members and good customer services.
