With reference to my a/c no 17941055274 my father’s name has been wrongly written in your records. My complete name is "krishna gopal malani", my fathers name is "bhagwandas malani" . This has been clearly mentioned on the photo id proof , driving licence, which I’d submitted at the time of account opening.
Due to your negligence my cheque no. 381664 of Rs.19463 of icici bank has been returned . your super efficient staff has refused to accept the cheque, what a useless bank and inefficient bank, that’s why I always prefer a nationalised bank, you guys are good for nothing. Utter waste. I have not seen any such bank who is not accepting cheques of their customers. I went to branch. They said driving licence is not accepted as proof for photo id.
