This is one of the most customer-insensitive institutions I’ve come across in India - which is saying a lot.
Avoid their depository services like the plague. I had the misfortune of having my account there, and had to rush personally to Kamla Mill compound because of ’’signature difference’’; I had to drop all my urgent work that day as otherwise my shares would have been auctioned due to non-delivery.
Complaining to higher levels doesn’t work in this bank.
