I am sitting in this branch for last the 30 minutes without a clue of when my query will be answered.3-4 people are simply sitting and chatting to each other.Customers are sitting like ducks .Please see the photos too.I raised objection to their attitude and the answer was "We are not supposed to attend customer service’’
