At the beginning they pretend like they are only one who understand our needs. They always give us calls to sell their product like Credit card, Loans etc. We understand we may need this service at some point of time and this is beneficial to us and them as well.
Before when I doesn’t need for loan they give me call twice in a day and I always tell them as of now I don’t need any loan whenever I required i’ll get back to you and they are like we have this offer and that offer but at the time I applied for a personal loan and given a call to one of their coordinator he coordinate well at start but after collecting all the documents he don’t even pick up my call.
After submitting all the documents it’s being almost one month went and my loan is still in process. and whenever they pick my call they are like this approval is pending, that approval is pending, manager is out of office, bank holiday blah blah. it’s a good bank in terms of offer and facilities but bad for loan service.
