Everyone who is viewing my review that if you were planning a new account in hdfc bank then you will be thinking once and today I will share my story in which I suffered very muchhhhhh
When I installed amazon then the app suggested me to open an account and start net banking so I searched on google which bank is best then the name appeared hdfc and I chosen this for my account opening.
after opening the account the bank asked me to use an credit card so I agreed then I used that credit card and everything was going welll but after some days the service start calling and messaging me to apply for a loan which I dindnt need and open a new account in hdfc bank
The annoying habbit was repeated calles and messages and they called and text me minimum 10 times a day
Then in a gentle I told them each and everytime that I dont want any loan and I said them to not to call me so many times but they didnt stopped calling
And one day I blocked each and every number of hdfc but after only 2 days they started caliing me with a new number and then I was irritated by them
So this was going on then after somedays I applied for. a loan then they stopped calling me and dont tell me to pay the emi also and one day I losted. a amount of money from my account.
And when I raised my problem they ignored me and dosent helped me and they started behaving in a rude wayy then I payed the loan and immediatly closed my account from hdfc
And I am telling this thing from personal experience that never ever open an account in hdfc bank
