In 2013, My father opened his first account with HDFC. I was very happy that he have HDFC account, but after that they started using bad services to customers, same as with my father .
They opened my fathers Demant account in which executive promised my father that its totally free, no charge but after a year, automatically 500rs deducted from my fathers account, So he complained and given disconnection request for my fathers bank account and as well as demant account in 2014 but now after 1 year they started again to sending messages and mails to my father that his account and demat account is not yet disconnected and he have to pay certain amounts.Its really a bad service by HDFC .
When compared to other banks interest rates HDFC costs very high . So please check all the facilities available before being lost any money .
