I had horrible experience with this bank. Their official Shikha from Chandigarh branch called me up and started shouting that girl never have any etiquette or manners how to speak, I think even a 10th pass can speak better. I think they are hiring people who don’t have an ear to hear. They should give training to so called third class officials who don’t even have basic manners how to speak with customer.
