HDFC Bank

I am account holder of hdfc bank I am having a vehicle loan and a credit card with HDFC bank.

Best part of this bank is fast service and wrost part is unnecessary charges like fuel surcharge after 50 days and reward redemption is like a mountain climbing. If I need to change my mobile number in Credit Card then I have to take a print out of KYC Update form and I required to fill it manually and then post to chennai including self attested id proof. I think it is a very lengthy process in this era.
