Pathetic experience

I need only 2 cheques for my loan to get processed. If I get loan I can opt for medical insurance for my mother. Though my sal a/c is with HDFC, loan was denied as per their internal policies. other few banks give instant 5 leaves cheque, HDFC DONT.Though I applied for cheque book which bank employee saidi will receive in 2 business days, so far did not receive. Then to check cheque book status there is no easy option, I forcefully had to book 2 more cheque book as IVR is not user friendly at least for me.


No easy options, worst part was when I called customer care, some lady called soundarya is so pathetic. she does not have process knowledge, look like was busychit chatting with friends, kept me on hold for simple queries, then when I asked for her team lead/ manager, she askedme WHY? later she did not transfer my call to any one instead she cut the call on me. I dont understand just for 2 cheque leaves why shoudl I go through all this, when I said I want to close account she hung up phone on me . my query of tracking my cheque book is not done yet. Overnite courrier web is of not big help . Though 1 cheque book is my requirement other 2 are unnecessary request and nothing can be done about it, it seems. Would appreciate if she is coached on customer service skills if nnot completely terminated for her rude behaviour with customers.
