Hi friends today iam going to share some important points on hdfc bank.
I worked in hdfc but they are not giving the solution for the customers.
I will tell you one incident. One customer came to the branch and asked the locker.
The branch people said if you take a life insurance cover I will arrange the locker which you will get in your preferred branch and nearby you.
They are selling all the products like car insurance, bike insurance, health insurance etc.
They have a target for a month that purpose selling products to the customers.
They are not thinking if customer stating that not interesting again and again they are forcing.
At the time of holidays they will calling and buy any products it will help us.
One day health department conducted a competition that time they forced to take a policy calling and irritating not thinking if customers are in a position to take call and speak.
If platinum debit card they are charging Rs.956 including tax and all. Every year it was deducted.
If we are not maintaining the balance in account they will deduct Rs.114 for every quarter.
Compare to all banks hdfc its a worst bank telling world wide international bank no proper response.
In these they are categorised like classic, preferred, imperia based on these they will give importance to the customers.
Classic they are normal and for these if not mentioning any balance will not deduct any charges providing all the benefits.
Preferred customers same as classic but they will give importance compare to classic.
Imperia it is a highly preferred customers
In my point of view iam not recommending this one.
