Net banking horror in HDFC
If any of you have net banking a/c in HDFC please delete it or you can have all your yearly performance incentive wiped out in a day like what had happened to me and then you will have reaction from HDFC as if it was my sole mistake.
I hold a salaried a/c with hdfc for last 3 and half years. My performance incentive for the financial year 1 lakh was wiped out in a day through an illegal third party transfer and i didnt come to know until 8 days later , and bank is moving at snail’s pace about it and there is total lack of sensitivity about the issue from the bank
This is excellent example of lousy service by a lousy bank
So plse delete your Net banking id’s if you love your money or your fate will be same as mine
