Hi everyone, I am Trilok from Jaipur, I have been customer of HDFC since 2009. Phone Banking is not so good. ATM is not faster than others. as they say "Our ATM has faster than 40% of others"
One thing I want to mention here is Internet Banking . .really awesome. all thing like fixed deposit, loans, details are in one place and navigation is also very good .
Customer services is not good. like they force to sell credit cards, but do not provide customer service in branch . they said it is our retails services. They transfer their customers to phone banking and Their IVR is not good.
