I am really upset the way HDFC bank provides service to its customers. They indeed have a very casual approach & have got the worst internet banking service so far,
Ive have an account with them & I sent them an email to close the same. I am in another city & the account was opened in a different city.So not possible for me to go there in person & close the account. I mentioned that in the email
They replied me stating that they are unable to close the account & that I needs to visit my branch to do the same.
What the hell! I am really pissed off with this kinda approach
