Very poor ATM availability in all over the country. Charges are heavy but services provided are really low. Not a happy banking! Need to improve your customer service and give a best quality of banking. Mobile banking app is a waste when we compare to ICICI Bank. internet banking is little good but not perfect. Phone banking employees can’t handle the problems and find a good solution. Totally it is not a suitable Bank for me!
