Of late, comparing to other banks, I have found that the service at HDFC has improved from a negative scale to a very positive level. I just hope that they keep up the good service.
I have a regular salary account and use the related products such as ATM, Internet banking, etc. Internet banking concepts are very innovative. However, oflate the website seems not to respond. The four star rating is for their functionality and I am hoping that the website problem is a indication of a good sign of the usage going up.
Their branch at CMH road is also extremely helpful, except for some staff. But any issues are immediately resolved. Access to information and other products is also given proactively. Seemed like a genuine interest in my needs, rather than a sales pitch(They gain anyways, but this way it feels better).
ATMs are good, especially the tie-up with SBI and other banks to enable a few free transactions a month.
