I have been an employee and customer of HDFC Bank and all I have experienced is that they have the worst management system for both employees and customers. Employees are treated as worst as you can imagine. Colleagues are comparatively dumb and bunch of idiots you will find at a place. To survive in the bank you have to be dumb like your other senior colleagues. I have seen male and female colleagues licking the a of boss. All these things made me realise is that I can’t survive here. Later I experienced pathetic customer service as I went to get my account close. It’s been 3 months since I have applied for account closure and it hasn’t done yet. My account is in negative balance already.
