Blemish on the Online Banking & Customer Service

I recently switched from Citibank to HDFC, this was an involuntary movement. Its a salary account.So, here is the case. I login to HDFC site, yesterday around 9.30 pm, I wanted to transfer funds to my  CITI account, hence first I had to register to HDFC site.


The maximum number of OTP I have ever encountered at any Banking website, I had to fill a questionnaire to first get registered. and then some funny image verification. after that ordeal. I had to add a beneficiary and that was no where to be found on the website, and it is just the way your website is designed, utterly confusing. clicking on t/f to third party bank gives information on how to do it, and there is another arrow right underneath which is the actual button. Are you playing a riddle with your customers? By the way they are not 24X7, they work, 8am to 8pm,


After adding beneficiary there is another waiting time of 30 minutes.


By the way, I tried  to t/f funds again after like 20 hrs. again it did not happen!


Relatively CITI is extremely customer friendly
