I have been using Hdfc Bank Gold Credit Card for a while and honestly I have not faced any credit card horrors yet. I am pretty much satisfied with the kind of billing and their regular updates.
Only one thing that keeps annoying is the way the call centre people keep calling me up to register for a Gold Credit Card. I mean in spite of the fact that I already have one card with me and already telling them the same 3 to 4 times, I still keep getting calls. I have also heard the same happening to my friends and others. if this is taken car of I am sure HDFC can satisfy its customers with epitome regularity. Besides this I am quite glad the way HDFC executives have helped me out when I had lost my bills and misplace my cheque. This is just a small issue for which I am sure a system can be placed and it can be taken care of.
